Let Me Take a Minute to Introduce Myself
Hello, hello out there! For all of you who don’t already know this by now, my name is actually Dan, yes, I am a man (if being born in 1993 counts), and yes, I do review movies. Actually, let me correct that in by saying, A LOT of movies. Yeah, I basically started to have no life back in the Summer of 2009, when I decided that it was time for me to combine both of my love for writing and watching movies together and see what I could do with it. At first, it was just a meaningless hobby that gave me an excuse to watch over 3 movies a day and tell my mommy and daddy that it would help me-out in school, but now, it’s practically became a job for yours truly. I’m a movie-nerd, but don’t let that fool you, I haven’t seen every movie known to man. So, if you’re thinking about quizzing me on which movie won Best Picture in 1938, don’t worry, I’m not going to try and slash you away with my movie-knowledge, because I don’t have much to begin with. By the way, the answer to that was The Life of Emile Zola, but trust me, I got lucky with that one.
Anywho, I’m from Philadelphia and I’ve been representing it ever since the day I was born so if you live there, visit there occasionally, or know where it’s placed-at on the map, then cool, let me know. I’m a geek when it comes to my e-mail so if you send me one, I will most likely get back to you within the next hour or so. It makes me feel more special that way.
But now that you know me, and for all that I am, I hope you enjoy what you see here on my site and don’t let it get to you that I am still a young whipper snapper seeing all of these dirty, R-rated movies and cursing like a truck-driver, because trust me, I’m not that much of a potty-mouth in real life. I just want people to know that I’m cool because I use curse words to show how serious I am. Aren’t we all like that? Okay, maybe not really but anyway, thanks for checking out my site and if there is anything you ever need to ask me or anything whatsoever, you have the e-mail address so just let me know. I do think the film “Lorax” is funnier, but I don’t think Dr. Seuss really intended it to be funny, really very serious.

Your posts surely do show your passion about movies. I’ve seen you over at cinemawon, where I dwell, and as you may noticed that there have been a number of writers who have just given up.
You have to really love this to keep om doing it, especially in this volume.
My only problems are your reviews are a bit lengthy, which might turn some people away, especially if they just use this to see what kind of movies to watch on Netflix, but also I’ve noticed the lack of a proper archive.
Sure, you do have the collapsable list, but you don’t have one massive, easy to acess tab. This allows people to easily browse past reviews without much effort.
You need to update- you are an older man, now.
